Cancellation & Reservation Policies

Terms & Conditions

Please read our policies carefully. You must agree in order to complete your reservation request.

 

Payment:

Payment in full is charged to your credit card immediately.

Check-in:

3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Contact the innkeeper if you are delayed and will be arriving past 5:00pm.

 

Check-out:

11:00 a.m.  With approval from innkeeper, $25 fee per hour for late check-out.

 

Miscellaneous:

Children over 15 allowed. Contact innkeeper if you have extenuating circumstances. 

Respectfully we do not permit smoking on the property.

While we love all things big and small, pets are not allowed.

Rates based on double occupancy.

Cancellation / Change of Payment Policy:

​

Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, less $25 processing fee to cover service charges.    50% refund of full room reservation if cancelled before the 14th day prior to arrival date, less $25 processing fee to cover service charges. This will be charged to credit card used to book your room.  

If cancelling 14 days or less of the arrival date, no refund will be provided.
