Cancellation & Reservation Policies

Terms & Conditions

Please read our policies carefully. You must agree in order to complete your reservation request.

 

Cancellation deadline / fee: 

$25 per room reservation if cancelled within 14 days prior to reserve date. This will be charged to credit card used to book your room.

 

Payment:

Payment in full is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. 30 days prior if dates include a holiday. 

Check-in:

3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Contact the innkeeper if you are delayed and will be arriving past 5:00pm.

 

Check-out:

11:00 a.m.  With approval from innkeeper, $25 fee per hour for late check-out.

 

Miscellaneous:

Children over 12 allowed. Contact innkeeper if you have extenuating circumstances. 

Respectfully we do not permit smoking on the property.

While we love all things big and small, pets are not allowed.

Rates based on double occupancy. 

Cancellation / Change of Payment Policy:

Cancellation deadline: 14 days prior to your arrival date.

$25 charge to your credit card on file if you cancel your reservation before 14 days of your arrival date.

$25 charge to change method of payment for requests made after your payment has been processed.

%50 of reservation amount will be refunded if reservation is cancelled after the 14 day deadline.
